Management Team

Jamie is an experienced Managing Director, skilled in Human Resources, Operations Management, Management, Maintenance Management, and Retirement Villages. Throughout his 27 years’ experience, Jamie has distilled his resident-focussed, inclusive and welcoming management style across all areas of his work.

With more than 17 years’ experience, Braden has worked within the development industry, and across the construction management areas of residential homes, development management of civil estimation and rollout, and within sales and marketing fields.

With 18 years’ experience in retirement living operations and project management, Jess brings a wealth of knowledge to the Teman team and enjoys connecting directly with residents. Passionate about the genuine care Teman shows for its communities, she’s proud to be part of a team that puts people first. Outside of work, Jess enjoys playing soccer, travelling, and walking her two Labradors.

Tania is creative and hands on and drives the coordination, systems management, and operations across all Teman Communities. As a previous Teman Village Manager, Tania leads from the front with a resident first focus. Village life for Tania is about creating a community where all residents feel safe and are proud to call home.

Mike’s desire to create a nurtured resident experience is driven by his passion and knowledge of new technologies and ability to engage with residents at all levels. Mike loves how active and social all our residents are and how each of them create welcoming and happy communities.

Hailing from Northwest NSW, Stewart brings his rural work ethic and financial expertise to Teman. His thoughtful approach and comprehensive understanding of finance make him a valuable team member. Stewart’s warm, considerate nature ensures meticulous financial management, helping us create welcoming, service-led communities for our residents.

A country boy at heart, Dougal loves nothing more than rolling his sleeves up and getting his hand dirty, and he has lived by that philosophy throughout his financial career. Being residents focussed, Dougal sees the person behind the numbers, and has gained a reputation surrounded by integrity and trust.

With 20 years’ experience in the property industry working in high performance sales teams on the Central Coast and Sydney’s Upper North Shore, James prides himself on providing a high standard of customer service, with clear and transparent communication while conducting himself with integrity to create memorable experiences.

Kitty’s passion for creating a connected and engaging village experience is fuelled by her creativity and love of sharing stories. She enjoys chatting with residents, capturing the heart of village life, and using dynamic marketing strategies and the latest digital tools to showcase the vibrant, welcoming communities at Teman.

Inga loves bringing creativity to life, but it’s the happy faces of residents that bring her the most joy, often finding herself smiling along while working through village photos. With nearly 30 years’ experience in design, including some of Australia’s best-known magazines, she brings plenty of creative expertise to Teman. Inga especially enjoys visiting the villages, connecting with residents and helping make events special. Outside of work, she loves spending time outdoors with her family and dog Harry.

Cathy is a caring and service lead Sales Manager, working between our Lakeside by Teman and The Rise by Teman villages for over 20 years. Cathy loves the opportunity of meeting many inspirational people every day, seeing new friendships made in our communities, and residents enjoying busy active lives.

With over 10 years at Hilltop by Teman in QLD, Bree has seen firsthand the power of connection and community. Now managing sales across Queensland and Victoria, she loves being part of something that makes such a positive difference in the lives of ageing Australians. Outside of work, Bree’s kept on her toes by her three kids, with weekends spent at the pool, the sports field, or enjoying the great outdoors.

Reuben brings 17 years of experience in customer service across property and sales, and now leads Teman’s sales in NSW. He loves the warmth and connection that comes with retirement living and takes pride in helping residents settle into their new community. Outside of work, Reuben keeps busy with his wife, two young kids, and their quirky Burmese cat. He also enjoys boating and serves as a Retained Firefighter.

With her eclectic background in education, farm management, and healthcare, Monique brings a thoughtful, grounded approach to her role in Village Sales. She’s passionate about creating a warm, welcoming environment where residents feel supported and connected, and she loves seeing friendships grow in the community. Outside of work, she enjoys beach walks, sunsets, and time with her son and two fluffy dogs.

With many years of experience managing retirement villages, Ashleigh brings a wealth of knowledge and a genuine passion for village life. Known for her friendly nature and positive attitude, she works closely with village teams, contractors, and service providers to help keep Teman’s communities running smoothly. Ashleigh is committed to helping ensure our villages remain welcoming, well-presented, and enjoyable places to live.

Lucia loves being part of the Teman team and enjoys meeting new people, building relationships, and helping prospective residents learn more about village life. She is passionate about learning, gaining experience in her role, and supporting people through their retirement living journey. Outside of work, Lucia enjoys travelling, spending time at the beach, catching up with family and friends, and looking after her three puppies, Ellie, Barry and Billy.

Cheryl has a beautiful connection with both staff and residents at Lakeside by Teman. There is nothing she loves more than seeing residents enjoying themselves at all the activities and social events, long term improvements of village facilities and safety that resident can enjoy, and the great staff at Lakeside by Teman.

Margi is a Village Manager that listens and loves socialising with the residents, chatting about their history and the history of the Rocky Region. Loves the outdoors and a healthy, active lifestyle. Village life for Margi is about keeping everyone connected, safe and active.

Gail loves getting to know people, building connections and bringing everyone together, particularly when there’s an event to plan (and perhaps a little overthinking involved!). With over seven years’ experience managing a local caravan park, she brings plenty of practical experience to her role. Gail enjoys spending time with her husband and three children, camping, fishing and indulging in good food and wine whenever she gets the chance.

Hayden brings over 15 years’ experience in hospitality, facilities management, and customer relations to his role as Village Manager at Highview. He’s passionate about creating a positive atmosphere and building community through fun events and activities. Outside of work, he enjoys time with his partner and two Labradors—often down at the dog beach.

Ciara is a Village Manager who respects everyone equally and loves to provide a listening ear to all residents. She loves coming to work and seeing all the residents enjoying their activities and social events with smiles on their faces. Everyone has a story to tell, and Ciara loves listening to them. When Ciara is not at work, she is a mother of 3 active kids and enjoys an outdoor lifestyle with her family.

With a passion for people, Jon enjoys building connections with residents and helping create a welcoming atmosphere in the village. Drawing on years of experience working with older Australians, he loves getting to know people, hearing their stories, and helping maintain the friendly, relaxed feel Rosedale is known for. Outside of work, Jon enjoys spending time with his wife and twin girls, mountain biking, camping and exploring.

Renee, a proud wife, mother, and grandmother, brings over 20 years of experience in Community Services to her role as Village Manager. A country girl at heart, she’s passionate about helping residents feel safe and stay independent. In her free time, Renee enjoys riding her Vespa and spending time with loved ones.

With recent experience as an Office Manager in the aged care sector, Sophia brings a genuine passion for connecting with residents and brightening their day. She loves the relaxed, welcoming atmosphere of village life and takes great joy in creating a friendly and supportive environment. Outside of work, she enjoys music, dancing, and spending quality time with her family and beloved fur children.

With a large family born and raised in Orange, Louise is the heart and soul of Bluestone by Teman. With boundless empathy, she fosters a close-knit community where residents become an extended family. Beyond her role, Louise cherishes moments with her loved ones on their family farm.

With warmth and care, Darren brings extensive experience to Hilltop by Teman. With a background in construction and facilities management, he’s spent five years fostering a welcoming community. He loves seeing residents and staff enjoying life and is excited about the village’s vibrant future. A history buff and music lover, Darren enjoys walks with his Maltese/Shih Tzu.

With 16 years of experience working with mature-aged residents, Carol is passionate about fostering a warm, supportive community at The Shores by Teman. She loves seeing residents thrive, build lasting friendships, and feel at home. In her spare time, she enjoys painting, family time, and the beach.

With a decade at Sandhurst by Teman, Shannon brings warmth, laughter, and connection to the village. To her, work feels like family, building strong bonds with staff and residents while embracing the joy in everyday moments. A proud mum, she enjoys shopping, good coffee, wine, and making residents smile through heartfelt chats and laughter.

With her bright and bubbly nature, Kim brings warmth and energy to The Grove by Teman, and always a welcoming smile. Having been part of the village for nearly a decade, she cherishes the connections she’s built and loves getting to know residents and their families. When she’s not at the village, she’s busy scoring baseball on the weekends or indulging in her love for quilting.

With over 15 years in Community Services, Brittany brings a deep passion for supporting others. At the village, she loves seeing residents smile, enjoy life, and maintain their independence. Getting involved in daily activities and listening to residents stories is always a highlight. Outside of work, Brittany stays busy with their two energetic boys, spending time with family and friends, and cheering from the sidelines at various sports.
